We never send you an email for solicitation purposes unless you have opted in to our newsletter where we may send out promotional emails on our advertising packages or sale products from Equine Barn Supply.

FriesianInk.com, EquineBarnSupply.com and Top Hat Friesians, Inc cannot be held responsible for violations created by its users and/or customers including but not limited to copyright violation, trademark violations, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws. We will not accept any proof images on our web site. If there is a visible photographer's signature or label on the face of a photo, the customer/user should not remove this signature prior to posting the picture. Photographers should contact their customers directly about their inappropriate use of said photographer’s photographs. If we are informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender and in appropriate circumstances and at our own discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who have infringed on the copyrights of others.

Recommendations: FriesianInk.com recommends that a vet check and/or pre-purchase exam be performed on any horse being considered for purchase by the buyer’s veterinarian of choice and should inquire of the seller any issues regarding soundness, vices, past or current injuries, or any other potential problems surrounding the sale of a live animal. Buyers should not complete a transaction without a written contract including the terms of the sale signed by both the buyer and seller. Print and keep a copy of ads used to buy or sell a horse through FriesianInk.com. As per our terms of service we are not required to retain archived, deleted or expired advertisements hosted on the site.
